These are in-depth sessions for Level 2/3 Iyengar Yoga students, Iyengar teacher trainees or teachers wishing to further their studies. They take place regularly on Saturdays throughout the year.

Sessions are mainly asana based but we may look at other aspects such as philosophy, therapy yoga, anatomy and pranayama.
