Improvers “Hybrid”

This is a mixed levels class for all experience levels, which can be taken in person or online. We work systematically through a wide range of poses, adjusting methods according to the individual ability of the students.

Level 2 (Online/In Person)

These sessions are for students with at least 2 years Iyengar Yoga experience. Inversions are regularly practised with individual guidance and we work towards the more advanced level poses and themes including Pranayama (monthly).

Extended Learning Workshops

(Level 3 Online/In Person)

Level 3 classes are available as monthly in-person extended learning sessions in Botley. You can join in-person (recommended) or follow live online. Recordings are provided.

These classes are for experienced yoga students with at least 4 years regular practice, familiarity with the Iyengar method, confident use of props and regular practice of Sirsasana and Sarvangasana. Intermediate syllabus poses and pranayamas are covered.

Guided Practice

Guided Practice is a subscription based class for experience students only who like to follow a practice without interaction or individual instruction.

Pranayama/Restorative

The weekly Restorative/Pranayama sessions are for regular students. Because of the use of props, at least 12 months experience of Iyengar Yoga is required before joining these classes.
